  Nothing special. I'm not impressed at all. I purchased 20 sessions of private training. My "trainer" didn't complete any fitness evaluation with me at the beginning. He actually never checked my weight or any other measurements in a 10 weeks period. What a joke! So basically every session was about watching him doing an exercise and repeating the same movement on my own while he was standing next to me. None of the workouts were ever recorded in a file. There was absolutely no track of any progress. His nutrition advises were limited to tell me to stay away from sugary, processed foods and focus on eating lots of veggies, some fruits, chicken, sweet potatoes etc. There was no nutritional plan designed at all. Everything what he told me can be easily found online in just a few seconds without paying $60/hr. The only thing which I actually liked over there was the studio itself, full of good equipment to complete a workout.
